Jennifer Chacko is an Associate with Manning & Meyers, where she focuses on foreclosure, litigation, title, and evictions. Prior to joining Manning & Meyers, she worked for large firms representing banks in foreclosure, eviction, and replevin matters, as well as a smaller firm representing hard money lenders and has extensive experience in civil litigation, negotiations, non-judicial and judicial foreclosures as well as evictions.
Jennifer K. Chacko is an attorney licensed in both Michigan and Texas. Jennifer graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, in 2006. She then moved to Texas in 2012, and obtained her Texas licensure. Jennifer began teaching Real Property Law in the paralegal program at Collin College in 2022, where she instructs approximately 15 students in the paralegal program.
In her spare time, Jennifer loves to travel with her family. Some of her bucket list destinations include Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. Jennifer is also a voracious reader on topics spanning from non-fiction to thrillers.
