We, the Board of Directors of the Frisco Heritage Green Residential Association, have employed Manning & Meyers, Attorneys at Law to do our collections for delinquent home owners. We have been happy with their progress and plan on working with them well into the future. We have found Manning & Meyers to be prompt in their actions. When we require a collection activity on a case, the first steps have begun in a matter of hours, not weeks, as seems to be common for most collection firms. When we have questions regarding a particular collection case, we have the ability to call up that case online and view its history and case notes, or the ability to call the firm and have them answer our questions. Our emails and phone calls are always promptly returned by an attorney. In all, Manning & Meyers has been professional and dependable. We highly recommend their firm to any homeowners association.
As the collections manager for Select Management I find Manning & Meyers to be strong in their communication, execution, and are intellectually multifaceted. Their online resources are accessible; providing accurate account status and history for open or closed cases. The attorneys are dedicated, hands on, and proactive with Homeowners. A valuable asset is Casey Meyers who is a silent leader and self-starter. Anytime I have questions regarding individual cases the response is immediate and he will take the time to explain the circumstance and offer direction. Manning & Meyers will continuously monitor their accounts from the beginning to a definitive end. They are highly recommended.
Manning & Meyers has received the Gold Award for pro bono work from the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) for both 2015 and 2017. The Gold Award is the highest honor given to a law firm office with 50 lawyers or less that accepted and closed the most pro bono cases. The firm’s attorneys and paralegals completed more pro bono hours, on average, than any other law firm in Dallas with less than 50 attorneys. DVAP, a joint program of the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, provides free legal services to those citizens of Dallas County, Texas living at or below poverty level. DVAP focuses on recruitment, training, and supporting volunteer attorneys who donate legal services to income-eligible clients. Manning & Meyers is a proud supporter of DVAP.
