Manning and Meyers is very pleased to welcome Philip Traynor to the firm in the Litigation and Collections Practice Groups.

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome a fantastic new addition to our team here at Manning & Meyers, Philip S. Traynor. With a deep background in real estate litigation and a wealth of experience representing major financial institutions, Philip is already proving himself to be an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.

Prior to joining us, Philip has built an impressive career as Texas managing attorney for a national law firm where he represented some of the biggest names in banking and finance, as well as government-sponsored entities, in Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Alaska. The versatility of Philip’s experience is simply incredible – from arguing cases at the Dallas County Justice of the Peace Courts to appearing at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

What makes Philip truly stand out, however, is his relentless commitment to his clients. His tireless dedication and sharp legal acumen have time and again resulted in favorable outcomes for those he represents. And now, he brings this level of commitment to Manning & Meyers’ clients, ensuring they receive the best possible representation.

Beyond his commendable legal career, Philip is also a lover of the great outdoors. An avid camper and hiker, he and his family are on a mission to visit all 63 national parks in the United States. This passion for exploring wild places has offered him unique insights into environmental law and policy, making him an even greater asset for clients dealing with matters at the intersection of real estate and environmental issues.

Philip earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before working as a paralegal in Fairbanks, Alaska. He then graduated cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. While there, he honed his legal skills by participating in Law Review and serving as Articles and Notes Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.

We could not be more excited to have Philip on board. His broad spectrum of experience, his commitment to his clients, and his unique perspective gained from his love of nature make him a phenomenal addition to our team. We are confident that with Philip, our clients are in the best of hands. Welcome to the team, Philip!
