Shawna Dalrymple

Shawna Dalrymple is a Partner at Manning & Meyers, where she brings extensive civil litigation experience across a broad range of practice areas, including directors and officers matters, commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and community association law. She became Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2017, a distinction achieved by fewer than 10% of Texas attorneys and reflective of her deep expertise and commitment to excellence in her field.

From 2015 to 2017, Ms. Dalrymple served on the Board of Directors for the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), contributing to industry education, leadership development, and best practices for community association governance.

Ms. Dalrymple earned her Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, with a minor in Psychology, from Southern Methodist University in 2005. She graduated with honors from the University’s Honors Program and was a four‑year Division I scholarship athlete. She went on to earn her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law.
