Two Manning & Meyers Attorneys have received Dallas Bar Association Awards for Pro Bono Work

DALLAS — Two Manning & Meyers Attorneys have received awards for pro bono work from the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) for 2016. Jack Manning was awarded the “Outstanding Volunteer” award for the South Dallas Clinic. Casey Meyers was awarded the “Outstanding Volunteer” award for the Garland Clinic. The Outstanding Volunteer award is given to the volunteer who logs the most volunteer hours at the legal clinic for the calendar year.

DVAP, a joint program of the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, provides free legal services to those citizens of Dallas County, Texas living at or below the poverty level. DVAP focuses on recruitment, training, and supporting volunteer attorneys who donate legal services to income-eligible clients. Manning & Meyers is a proud supporter of DVAP.
